We’re looking for a Commercial Support APAC to join our team and support our Cluster Director -APAC in executing commercial strategies and ensuring smooth operations.
 
As Commercial Support APAC, you will contribute across administrative, project, and client‑facing tasks to enable our commercial team to perform efficiently:
  • Manage schedules, prepare key documents, maintain accurate records, and support daily commercial operations
  • Assist in project and event management: planning, delivery and post project evaluations
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. finance, marketing) for seamless communication and execution
  • Support sales and venue partnerships efforts: coordinate agreements, manage clients and partner accounts, and provide timely information to commercial team
  • Maintain and update databases to support decision-making and process optimization
  • Propose and help implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness

 

You will report to the Cluster Director – APAC.
What do you bring?
 You have a Bachelor degree in a related field, Fresh graduates are welcome. 
 ⭐ You have 1–2 years of experience in a support or client service role—preferably within hospitality, travel, or commercial operations
⭐ You are fluent in English
 ⭐ You are located in Malaysia
 ⭐ You have good communication & negotiation skills
 ⭐ You are efficient, pro-active and can work both independently and in a team
 ⭐ You take ownership and responsibility
 ⭐ You are working in a remote environment
⭐ You are willing to travel occasionally (domestically and/or internationally) for trade shows
