Role
The supplier support ultimate goal is to provide positive supplier experiences, developing leads into new contracted suppliers by enhancing relationships between them, and identifying and assessing venue needs to achieve satisfaction. The Supplier Support will act as a liaison, provide Meetingselect software product/services information and answer questions. Furthermore, the Supplier Support proactively thinks along with customer service, commercial processes and is genuinely excited to help venues and hotels. The Supplier Support reports to the Team Leader Supplier Support.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new users of Venues and Hotels
- Assist in sales, tenders, implementation and Supplier Sales management
- processes
- Assisting with the onboarding of new venues, closing contracts and selling marketing packages
- Contact with hotels/venues by email and phone
- Helping MarCom with the preparation of mailings and newsletters for venues
- Preparing reports for venues
- Drafting venue contracts, send out and manage Contract RFPs
- Keeping the back-end of the company and venue profiles in order, monitoring CRM quality
- Providing general support to the Supplier Relations team
