As Customer Engagement Manager you will be:
⭐ Develop and implement a structured customer engagement strategy to enhance retention and satisfaction
⭐Create new onboarding/kick-off plan for new customers including communication plan and materials focusing on adoption and engagement
⭐Identify opportunities to engage bookers through internal fairs, e-mail campaigns, Wallstreet calls, company-organized events, and industry conferences, reinforcing Meetingselect’s presence.
⭐ Organize and manage reoccurring customer events
⭐Identify and engage early with key stakeholders and potential critics within client organizations
⭐Collect and report on client feedback
⭐Collaborate with marketing to develop customer engagement programs
⭐Partner with new business teams to understand client pain points and key drivers for engagement
⭐Work closely with account managers and international colleagues during client expansions
⭐Collaborate with support and operational teams, leveraging their knowledge of client needs to proactively address challenges
