As Meeting Specialist APAC you will be:
✔️ Managing a list of customer requests
✔️ Monitor and handle questions and requests for customers accurately
✔️ Shared responsibility for incoming and outgoing phone calls and mails, together with the whole international team
✔️ Switch easily between several stakeholders (Customer-Venue-Meetingselect)
✔️ Maintain and optimize industry knowledge through attending(international) fairs/shows and through good contact with local markets
✔️ Attend venue presentations, at the venue or online
✔️ Contact venues and provide them with the necessary information about Meetingselect
✔️ Contract new venues and onboard them on the Meetingselect platform
✔️ Carry out requests from sales support and/or sales team
