Are you passionate about Sales? Are you looking for a (new) challenge at an international and ambitious company. This is your chance! We are looking for a New Business Sales Manager with a background in the hospitality or travel industry who can join our international team!

If you are the m/f/x with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and you like to take ownership, are pro-active and can work independently, then we should really meet! Together with the Sales team, you will be responsible for carrying out the company's commercial strategies, revenue goals and operations. By selling the software, services and meeting management solutions of Meetingselect to potential new customers, agencies and suppliers. You will, together with the team, identify new business opportunities and customers and you will build and maintain relationships with potential customers. The New Business Sales Manager reports to the Director of New Business.

What do you bring?
  • You are based in the Netherlands
  • You have a Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, Sales, Communication or related field
  • You have 3 years of experience in a sales or similar position in the hospitality or travel industry
  • You like to work proactively and independently in a team
  • You are Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • You are stress resistant, a self-starter, independent, accurate, pro-active and you have a problem-solving ability
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills
  • You are People Oriented, Result Oriented and you have a strong commercial focus
  • You have good PR connections in procurement or top-level management on Fortune 500 Companies
  • You are target driven with a proven track record in New Business Sales
  • You have a good understanding of marketplaces and platform technology, also the surrounding ecosystem of consultants, agencies and system integrators is a plus
  • You have experience in Global Sales
  • You are willing to travel visiting prospects
